What changed for people deploying on Agent Lab, week by week. Everything here is live in production; each item links to its docs.

MySQL databases, moving a database in, and PostgreSQL 16 and 17
- Databases
Managed MySQL 8.4 and 9.7, one dedicated instance per database like PostgreSQL, created from the console or over MCP. Pick the type first, then the version. Docs

PostgreSQL 16 and 17 join 18, which stays the default for a new database. Docs

Dump your existing database with pg_dump or mysqldump and import it from the console or your AI tool. The whole file is checked first and nothing runs until every statement is accepted; you can also load into a database that already has tables. Docs

AI tools' SQL now goes as far as the database's own privileges: aggregates, window functions, CTEs, triggers and routines, and queries across the databases you have access to. Owners, admins and database managers can grant other members read or write access over MCP. Docs

Go and Python without a Dockerfile, and a backend on the Free plan
- Deploy
Go and Python projects build from source with no Dockerfile. Python works with pip, Poetry and uv, and Django, Flask and FastAPI get their server command automatically. Docs

The Free plan runs one small backend service, not only web pages. A Free app idle for 15 minutes sleeps.

When a new project's app sits in a subfolder such as frontend/ or backend/, the version lists the likely folders and deploys again from the one you pick. Docs

Cancel a version that is still queued: it isn't built, uses no build minutes and leaves what is live alone. Build it again within a day if you change your mind. Docs

Auto deploy on push is a per-project switch, off by default. When two pushes land close together, the newer commit is the one that goes live. Docs

Production launch: deploy from GitHub, Node without a Dockerfile

Agent Lab Deploy is live in production. Every project gets a public address, every version a preview address, and services in one organization reach each other on internal addresses. Docs

Deploy from GitHub: install the Agent Lab GitHub App and import a repository. A git branch goes live in the Agent Lab environment of the same name, and large repositories import too. Docs

Node projects deploy with no Dockerfile: the platform reads the framework and its build and start commands. In a monorepo, point it at the project's folder. Docs
- MCP
Say “deploy” in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and it goes live. The MCP address is https://mcp.agentlab.cresclab.com/mcp, with the same permissions you have in the console. Docs
- Databases
Managed PostgreSQL 18, one dedicated instance per database, created from the console or over MCP. AI tools can list tables, run SQL and apply migrations, reading or writing as the member's access allows. Docs

Custom domains: verify you own the domain, then add a hostname to a project. HTTPS is handled for you. Docs

Before launch: services, schedules and a check on every version

Anything with a Dockerfile runs as a service: built as a non-root user, and each app runs in its own sandbox. Docs

Every version is checked before it goes live: secrets, personal data and scripts loaded from elsewhere, and a container image is also scanned for vulnerabilities. When a check set to ask first finds something, the version waits for someone to confirm. Docs
