Deploy a v0 app · Agent Lab Deploy

Download the code as a zip in v0, or connect it to GitHub. Link the repository in Agent Lab or upload the zip — no code changes, no Dockerfile. Agent Lab detects the framework, builds it, gives every version a preview URL and checks uploads for leaked keys.

An AI coding tool deploys a project exported from v0 to Agent Lab and reports the live URL.

Why deploy from v0 to Agent Lab

## Your v0 project, not tied to v0

### No code changes

Next.js (App Router) + shadcn/ui: the platform detects it and picks the build and start commands.

### Preview, go live, roll back

Every upload is a new version with its own URL. Look first, then go live; switch back in one click.

### Leaked keys caught

Uploads are checked for API keys and credentials before they can go live.

### PostgreSQL in one click

Create a database and connect it; the connection is written into the app.

Your options

## v0 project on Agent Lab, or on your own VPS

Deploying from v0 to Agent Lab compared with running your own server

| What you care about | Agent Lab Deploy | Your own server |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Setup | Link the repository or upload the zip | SSH, a runtime, a process manager, a reverse proxy |
| Credentials | Secrets in the console, never in the code | Copied onto the server by hand |
| Preview and rollback | Every version has its own URL; roll back in one click | Write your own scripts |
| Before going live | Uploads checked for leaked keys | Nothing unless you set it up |
| Database | PostgreSQL in one click, connection written into the app | Install and back it up yourself |
| Cost to start | Free plan: US$0, one size-S app (sleeps when idle) | A VPS at roughly US$6–20 a month, plus your time |

Steps

## Deploy from v0 in four steps

1. ### Export from v0
   Download the code as a zip in v0, or connect it to GitHub.
2. ### Link or upload
   Link the GitHub repository to a project, drop the zip on its Deploy tab, or open the folder in Claude Code and say "deploy this".
3. ### Build and check
   The platform builds the version and checks it for leaked keys. Enter any secrets it lists in Settings.
4. ### Preview and go live
   The first version goes live once it builds. Later ones get a preview URL; go live when you're happy.

Setup

## What Agent Lab runs for a v0 project

A v0 Next.js project deploys as a web service; next start already handles image optimization and Middleware. With output: "export" the project becomes a static web page on the CDN.

Detected

### Build and start

```
# Agent Lab 偵測到 Next.js 後執行
# What Agent Lab runs once it detects Next.js
npm ci
npm run build      # next build
npm start          # next start，監聽 $PORT / listens on $PORT
```

- `NEXT_PUBLIC_*` baked into the page at build time and visible to anyone; never put a secret here.
- `*_API_KEY` server-side keys go in the project's Secrets, never in the code.

Prompt

### Or ask your AI tool

```
Read https://app.agentlab.cresclab.com/agent/deploy.md and deploy this project to Agent Lab. Show me the build plan and the environment variables it needs first, tell me where to enter any secrets, and wait for my OK before it goes live.
```

FAQ

## Deploying from v0: questions

**How do I deploy a v0 project?**

Download the code as a zip in v0, or connect it to GitHub. Then link the repository in Agent Lab or upload the zip; the platform detects the framework and builds it, with no Dockerfile. [Deploy from GitHub →](https://agentlab.cresclab.com/docs/en/deploy/github)

**Where do API keys and other secrets go?**

In the project's Settings, under Secrets; server code reads them as environment variables. Anything in a VITE_ or NEXT_PUBLIC_ variable ends up in the page, so never put a secret there.

**Does a v0 site have to run on Vercel?**

No. v0 generates a regular Next.js project; download it or push it to GitHub and deploy it on Agent Lab without code changes.

**Which frameworks does it support?**

JavaScript, Python and Go projects build from source with no Dockerfile (Next.js, Vite, Nuxt, SvelteKit, Express, FastAPI, Django, Go and more); anything else ships a Dockerfile. [All deploy guides →](https://agentlab.cresclab.com/en/deploy/guides)

**Is there a free way to deploy?**

The Free plan is US$0: one size-S app that sleeps after 15 idle minutes, one size-S database, three static web pages, 100 build minutes and 5 GB of traffic a month, pausing at the limit instead of charging. Pro (US$29 a month before tax) keeps apps running and adds custom domains. [Pricing →](https://agentlab.cresclab.com/en/deploy#pricing)
